Enterprise Alignment Explorer

BTE’s proprietary software tool, the Enterprise Alignment Explorer, is used in Step 1 of our approach and inventories detailed information about an organization’s business and technology and stores it in a single place.

Documenting the business spectrum

The scope of information included in our software is extremely broad, covering business functions, systems, processes, business drivers, vendors and more. It may be hard to visualize, but the result is a blueprint of how a business is wired together—holistically and at a detailed level—and the correlation of all its parts.
