Application Integration
Our client, a bank with $90B assets under management, asked BTE to help deploy a new core processing system, optimizing the integration with legacy systems. Concurrently, the bank wanted to enhance business reporting processes through a new data warehouse architecture.

BTE created a thorough action plan for all three facets of the transformation initiative: core toolset, legacy integration and the data warehouse. Ultimately, new processing methods and techniques were introduced as part of the roadmap, ensuring successful deployment of all the technologies.

Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing
BTE helped a large credit union construct an enterprise-wide business analysis environment in order to provide more consistent, reliable and timely business information to decision makers. Following its proven approach, BTE started by capturing the relevant technology data and business information.

BTE then created and documented standardized business definitions and an enterprise information model, leading to an action plan to realize the desired operational environment. Ongoing business analysis utilized our evidence-based decision-making process, resulting in faster turnarounds and rationalized recommendations.

Data Center Optimization
Over 100,000 members strong, BTE’s credit union client was in the midst of significant business expansion. To meet projected growth rates, the client sought to redesign its network communications (voice and data) and infrastructure. Following the documentation process, BTE rationalized the client’s phone systems, identifying redundant network links and infrastructure components.

BTE also optimized the infrastructure architecture. Finally, BTE created an action plan that allowed the client to:
